If you have medical questions, please speak with your physician.  bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™  products are carefully hand formulated in strict accordance with the U.S. FDA Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines. We take pride in our products, and research sources carefully to bring you the very best ingredients and formulations available. We ask that you please use our products as suggested. Please note that our products are preservative free and therefore require you, as the consumer, to make certain your product is not contaminated after opening. Keeping your product clean and dry is imperative for usage. Please read tips and techniques for assistance with application and brush cleaning suggestions. Wholesale and Private Label clients shall inform their potential clients of any and all  product information for safe usage of these products. All of our powdered mineral cosmetics can safely be used on face, eyes, lips, nails, etc., with the exception of those formulated with ferric ferrocyanide (iron blue) and ultramarine blue, which are not approved for use on the lips. The ingredients are noted for each product available through our website. If a product contains one of these colors it will be noted both on the appropriate product page and the container itself. Please note that several eye shadow|liners contain one of these two colors. Please follow all label instructions carefully.

bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™  makes every attempt to represent our product accurately. Due to differences in monitor configurations, personal perception, and the inability of the camera to capture the depth and tones of mineral cosmetics accurately, bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™  encourages clients to purchase sample sizes before committing to full sizes.

All content available on the  bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ website including, but not limited to, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, layout, audio clips, software, icons,  video clips, digital downloads, data compilations,  and the compilation of all content is the sole property of bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ and are protected by the United States and International copyright and trademark laws. Neither the content or trademarks may be duplicated, modified or sold, in whole or in part, without the written consent from bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ . The creation of derivative works based on materials contained on the website including, but not limited to, products, services, fonts, logos, images and graphics, and unlicensed merchandise is prohibited. Our pages are protected through Copyscape, which allows us to track any downloads and copies of our site. Each photo is digitally watermarked and is easily trackable.

 

Legal Jurisdiction

The laws of the United States and the State of Florida shall govern any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the website or any matter concerning bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™, as if the Terms were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of Florida. Domestic Shipping

Shipping Fee Updates
Effective May 11, 2007The United States Postal Service (USPS) increased rates for both domestic and international mail classes. (Please visit the USPS Rate Increase Statement for more information.). Unfortunately bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™  is unable to absorb these pricing increases. 

 

We ship all orders within the Continental United States and its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you have a FedEx account and would like to use it for your shipment, please send your account number via email prior to placing your order. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska an additional charge of $6.00 will be added to the total shipping amount for boxes weighing more than 2 lbs. FOB Shipping Point (this means purchaser assumes title to the goods and risk of loss when package is turned over to their selected shipper). Sales tax (if applicable) will be added to the total of the order during checkout with PayPal. All payments must be made prior to shipping. Please note that we make every effort to update shipping rates and estimated shipping times often.

 

Priority Mail may require up to 5 days for delivery (packages generally arrive in 2-3 days) depending on mail volume, weather problems or holiday delays.

 

Insurance is available upon request at the expense of the buyer. Signature required is available upon request and at the expense of the buyer. 

Estimated  order processing time is 2-5 business days for retail orders, 3-10 days for wholesale orders. In fairness to all of our clients, orders are processed in the order they are received. Please plan accordingly if you have an event scheduled soon. Printing services may incur delays with your order. We make every effort to process and complete your order timely.  

Expect delays for shipping during sale periods. 

 

For all International orders the actual shippping charges will depend on the weight of the package and destination. We have estimated these charges as close as we can withihn our shipping cart. All customers outside the United States and Canada must pay via PayPal. We do not accept foreign issued credit cards. We will send an invoice for any remaining shipping balance due for your transaction. Your speedy reply is appreciated. 

We ship International orders via  Priority Mail  Intl, Express Mail Intl, First Class Mail Intl. Prices are based on envelope and package size, not purchased price. If your package ships First Class International, there is no tracking available for this service and may take longer than 4-5 days for receipt.

 

bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Once your order shows "completed" in our system, you will also see a tracking number for your shipment depending on selected method of shipping.

Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all products purchased.

Order Cancellation|Restocking Fee Policy:

All orders which have been processed and shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed or cancelled sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

All returns may be made within 15 days of receipt of the product and of course, products returned must be received at bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ in re-sellable condition. All cosmetic products such as makeup, will not be taken back or refunded by bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ if opened, damaged, or unsealed in any way. Also, shipping will not be refunded and a 25% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the Client. Please note that Clients must obtain an Authorization number prior to sending back returned product. Such Authorization number may be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: rhonda@barefacedminerals.com. Once such process is followed, refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.

Although the utmost care is always taken, bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ points out that occasionally humans make mistakes, and wrong products could be shipped to Clients. In such cases, our Clients are kindly advised to follow the same procedure, and bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ will assist them to get the right product in the shortest time possible. It is clear that in such cases, our Clients will not incur any charges.

NO exchange on samples or lip products please. Please do not ask us to exchange a product because you don't like the color. We offer samples at a reasonable cost to the consumer, and strongly suggest sampling prior to purchasing full sized products if you are unsure of shades.

 

Insurance Claims:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. If your package is insured, you will be asked to ship back to us all the packing materials with the original labels and package contents so we will be able to initiate insurance claims. 

bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ accepts payment via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover,  Corporate checks, U.S. Money Orders, Wire Transfers. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.

 

Notification of Changes to  the Customer Service & Company Policies:
At  bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™, we reserve the right to revise our Customer Service Policies and Privacy Policy as needed. Any changes or revisions to the  bareFaced Mineral Cosmetics™ policies will posted here. We reserve the right to make changes at any time without notifying you, the customer.
